Start your festival day a little differently with our Boardmasters Silent Disco Yoga session on the legendary sands of Fistral Beach. Expect feel-good beats, ocean views, festival vibes and one of the most unique experiences of the weekend.

Join us on Fistral Beach for a Silent Disco Yoga session, set to uplifting tunes streamed through wireless headphones, with the ocean right in front of us and the wide Cornish sky overhead.
This all-levels vinyasa flow will be led by Jen from Oceanflow Yoga, teaching through a headset mic so her voice sits perfectly over the music. You’ll be guided through a mindful and energising practice, with space to move at your own pace and soak up the beachside atmosphere.
No experience needed – we welcome complete beginners and offer easier variations throughout the class. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re a regular, this is your chance to be part of something really special.
Imagine 200+ yogis of all ages and abilities moving together on the sand, fully immersed in the music and atmosphere. It’s more than just yoga – it’s an experience.
Headphones are provided (freshly sterilised before each session) and included in your ticket price.

HOW WILL IT WORK?
There will be a clear queuing system on arrival. When you approach the check in desk, just let the team member know the name that you booked your ticket under. There is no need to print off your ticket as we will have your name written down at the desk. Mat spaces will be pre-raked out in the sand to give you plenty of space. As you enter the zoned off yoga area, choose where you would like to practice and lay your mat down on top of one of the pre-marked spaces.
Yoga Mats…
We have a limited number of yoga mats to hire out for this event. Just select the option to rent a yoga mat during the checkout process. Alternatively, we have plenty of yoga mats for sale so if you would like to invest in one, click on the button below. Select “Collect from Studio” during the checkout process and then email us if you would like us to bring your new mat along to the event for you to collect.

PARKING – There is free parking at South Fistral and there are also Pay and Display Car parks dotted around the area however if the surf is good and the weather is hot then it will likely be VERY BUSY. If you are able to walk or cycle please do. If you need to drive, give yourself PLENTY of time. We would recommend arriving an hour or more early and just enjoy the beach. This way there is no stress with rushing to make it to class.
CANCELLATION POLICY – We have a 3 day (72 hour) cancellation policy. If you cancel within this time frame, you will be unable to get a refund or swap your booking onto another event. You are welcome to find someone to take your place in the class though. If you would like to do this then please do make sure that you let us know the name of the person who is taking your place so we have a record of them at Check In.
