Silent Disco Yoga in the Cathedral!

Join us on Saturday 14th November 2026 at 5:30pm for a FLOW YOGA journey like no other – Silent Disco Yoga in Truro Cathedral! Then, follow this at 7pm for a sublime MEDITATION session, both under the roof of this architectural masterpiece.

HOW WILL IT WORK?

As you enter through the main doors to the Cathedral, you will be asked for the surname you booked under. Once registered you will be given a headset and shown how they work…don’t worry it is very simple…just a volume dial for you to adjust. You can then go on in to the Cathedral and walk around to look for the perfect spot to set up. You will notice mat markers on the floor with which to line up the front centre of your mat.

The YOGA SESSION

5:30pm – 6:45pm

DATE

Saturday 14th November 2026

TIMES

YOGA: 5:30pm – 6:45pm

MEDITATION: 7pm – 7:45pm

PARKING – There are carparks and street parking dotted all over Truro. We recommend giving yourself PLENTY of time to find parking, to walk through town, check in and find your mat space. This way there is no stress with rushing to make it to class. Remember there are only a limited number of mat spaces. If you want to practice next to someone else then please arrive earlier where you will have more chance of finding spaces next to each other.

CANCELLATION POLICY – We have a 3 day (72 hour) cancellation policy. Unfortunately if you are not able to make the event within this time frame, you will be unable to get a refund or swap your booking onto another event. For this event, the deadline for cancelling is 5:30pm on Wednesday 11th November 2026. Click the following link to be taken to our >CANCELLATION POLICY< page.

If you are unable to make the event, please do let us know even if it is outside the cancellation policy so we know not to expect you. You are welcome to let someone else come in your place. If this is the case, just let us know the name change so we can update our registration sheets.
